The hotel is contemporary and fairly clean with polite staff. Hot drinks at beer bar, great service. Besides, parking is nearby.

The hotel was nicely designed, the room was budget, the beds were relaxing. Staff was willing to help, they are all proactive people.

Absolutely amazing staff, non-smoking rooms and beautiful location. Had super American breakfast with juices. Beautiful beach was located near the venue. Had cool good beer and beers in the Irish bar...

Fairly clean place, particularly good location, highly efficient staff. Breakfast is absolutely superb and cereal, cookies, pancakes, muffins and grits are exceptional.

Updated room, stylish accommodation and modern staff. I booked a room with a soft bed, gas powered fireplace and blinds. The pool was heated and I had complementary drinks in the outdoor bar. Cozy location to smoky mountain.

Breathtaking location, a short walk to aerial tramway. The beach nearby was stunning and the view was absolutely stunning. Easy check-in. Tranquil location, fantastic bar, adorable staff. I loved the room, it was well cleaned, had big bed and luxurious bathroom. It was great to have fire place in the lobby.

Common room, priceless views and great breakfast! They made my stay superb. The location was unbelievable, not too far from a music comedy theater. There was an awesome restaurant with the river view.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Gatlinburg. I liked the hotel and its standard decor, it was an outstanding experience. Lovely building, spotless and separate bedroom. Pool was clean and beds were incredible: )

Would recommend and would definitely go back. Everything was pleasant at this hotel, friendly staff. Got king room as expected, liked it. Centrally located for us. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Big Daddy's Pizzeria, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

super base for exploring gatlinburg. we appreciated staff and service here. the breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

It was a nice comfy base for our comfortable stay. We booked a king room and liked it. A wide range of GREAT food for meals.

Back street etc is within a walking distance of the hotel. Excellent base for a weekend in Gatlinburg.
